Geraardsbergen ], französisch: Grammont) ist eine Stadt und Gemeinde in der Denderstreek und in den flämischen Ardennen, dem hügeligen südlichen Teil der belgischen Provinz Ostflandern. Die Gemeinde umfasst die eigentliche Stadt Geraardsbergen und die folgenden Städte: Goeferdinge, Grimminge, Idegem, Moerbeke, Geraardsbergen, Nederboelare, Nieuwenhove, Onkerzele, Ophasselt, Overboelare, Schendelbeke, Smeerebbe-Vloerzegem, Viane, Waarbeke, Zandbergen und Zarbergen 2006 hatte Geraardsbergen eine Gesamtbevölkerung von 31.380. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt 79,71 km², was einer Bevölkerungsdichte von 394 Einwohnern pro km² entspricht.
