Castello di Annone ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Asti in der italienischen Region Piemont, etwa 50 Kilometer südöstlich von Turin und etwa 9 Kilometer östlich von Asti. Castello di Annone grenzt an folgende Gemeinden: Asti, Cerro Tanaro, Quattordio, Refrancore, Rocca d'Arazzo und Rocchetta Tanaro. Sein Name leitet sich vom lateinischen ad nonum ("neun Meilen") ab und zeigt seine Entfernung von Asti an. Im Mittelalter war es ein wichtiges strategisches Zentrum, bis es 1644 von spanischen Truppen zerstört wurde. 1994 wurde es vom nahe gelegenen Fluss Tanaro überflutet.
