Dervio ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Lecco in der italienischen Region Lombardei. Sie liegt am Ostufer des Comer Sees, etwa 70 Kilometer nördlich von Mailand und etwa 25 Kilometer nördlich 16 mi) nordwestlich von Lecco.
