Gemonio ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Varese in der italienischen Region Lombardei, etwa 60 Kilometer nordwestlich von Mailand und etwa 14 Kilometer nordwestlich von Varese. Zum 31. Dezember 2004 hatte es eine Bevölkerung von 2.702 und eine Fläche von 3,7 Quadratkilometern. Gemonio grenzt an folgende Gemeinden: Azzio, Besozzo, Brenta, Caravate, Cittiglio, Cocquio-Trevisago. In Gemonio lebt der italienische Politiker Umberto Bossi.
