Gouvy ist eine wallonische Gemeinde in Belgien in der Provinz Luxemburg. Am 1. Januar 2007 hatte die 165,11 km² große Gemeinde 4.780 Einwohner, was einer Bevölkerungsdichte von 29 Einwohnern pro km² entspricht. Die Gemeinde wurde 1977 aus dem Zusammenschluss der ehemaligen Gemeinden Beho, Bovigny, Cherain, Limerlé und Montleban gegründet. Zu den Dörfern in der Gemeinde gehören Baclain, Bistain, Brisy, Cherapont, Cierreux, Courtil, Deiffelt, Halconreux, Halonru, Honvelez, Langlire, Lomré, Ourthe, Rettigny, Rogery, Steinbach, Sterpigny, Vaux und Wathermal.
