Metalurgia Casal war der größte portugiesische Motorradhersteller mit Sitz in Aveiro. Es wurde 1953 gegründet und seine ersten Produkte umfassten landwirtschaftliche Motoren. Ab 1966 stellte er seinen eigenen Motor her, den Casal-Motor, eine modifizierte Kopie des Zündapp, der in vielen Varianten gebaut werden soll.
