Salussola ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Biella in der italienischen Region Piemont, etwa 50 Kilometer nordöstlich von Turin und etwa 14 Kilometer südöstlich von Biella. Salussola grenzt an folgende Gemeinden: Carisio, Cavaglià, Cerrione, Dorzano, Massazza, Roppolo, Verrone, Villanova Biellese. In den letzten Tagen des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurde in Salussola ein Massaker verübt, bei dem 20 Partisanen von italienischen faschistischen Soldaten ermordet wurden.

Aufgrund der reichen barocken Baudenkmäler in der Stadt wird Lecce allgemein als "Florenz des Südens" bezeichnet. Die Stadt hat auch eine lange traditionelle Affinität zur griechischen Kultur, die bis zu ihrer Gründung zurückreicht.
