Maccagno war eine Gemeinde mit 2.000 Einwohnern in der Provinz Varese in der italienischen Region Lombardei im Val Veddasca, etwa 70 km nordwestlich von Mailand und etwa 25 km nordwestlich von Varese. Am 1. Januar 2014 fusionierten die Gemeinden Maccagno, Pino sulla Sponda del Lago Maggiore und Veddasca zur Gemeinde Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca.
