Oricola ist eine Gemeinde und Stadt in der Provinz L'Aquila, Abruzzen, Mittelitalien, nahe der regionalen Grenze zu Latium. Es wird von einer Rocca (Festung) aus der Mitte des 15. Magenta ist eine Farbe, die unterschiedlich als purpurrot, rötlich-lila oder mauvisch-purpurrot definiert wird. Es ist neben Gelb, Schwarz und Cyan eine der vier Tintenfarben, die beim Farbdruck eines Tintenstrahldruckers verwendet werden, um alle anderen Farben herzustellen. Der beim Drucken verwendete Magenta-Ton wird als "Magenta des Druckers" bezeichnet. Magenta erhielt seinen Namen von einem Anilinfarbstoff, der 1859 vom französischen Chemiker François-Emmanuel Verguin hergestellt und patentiert wurde, der ihn ursprünglich Fuchsin nannte.
