Quiliano ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Savona in der italienischen Region Ligurien, etwa 45 Kilometer südwestlich von Genua und etwa 5 Kilometer westlich von Savona. Zum 31. Dezember 2004 hatte es eine Bevölkerung von 7.225 und eine Fläche von 49,5 Quadratkilometern. Die Gemeinde Quiliano enthält diese Frazioni (Unterteilungen, hauptsächlich Dörfer und Weiler): Cadibona, rittlings auf der Wasserscheide zwischen den Alpen und Apennin, Valleggie, Montagna, Roviasca, Faia und Tiassano. In der Umgebung von Quiliano befinden sich noch einige römische archäologische Stätten: Im Tal von Quazzola befindet sich noch eine römische Brücke, und in San Pietro in Carpignano sind Reste einer römischen Villa zu sehen.
