Montiglio Monferrato ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Asti in der italienischen Region Piemont. Sie liegt im Valle Versa, etwa 30 Kilometer östlich von Turin und etwa 20 Kilometer nordwestlich von Asti. Es wurde 1998 durch die Kombination der drei Gemeinden Colcavagno, Montiglio und Scandeluzza gegründet.
