Meduno ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Pordenone in der italienischen Region Friaul-Julisch Venetien, etwa 100 Kilometer nordwestlich von Triest und etwa 30 Kilometer nordöstlich von Pordenone. Zum 31. Dezember 2004 hatte es eine Bevölkerung von 1.737 und eine Fläche von 31,2 Quadratkilometern. Die Gemeinde Meduno enthält die Frazione (Unterteilung) Navarons. Meduno grenzt an folgende Gemeinden: Cavasso Nuovo, Frisanco, Sequals, Tramonti di Sopra, Tramonti di Sotto, Travesio.
