Ravenna (rə-VEN-ə, italienisch: [raˈvenna], auch lokal [raˈvɛnna]; Romagnol: Ravèna) ist die Hauptstadt der Provinz Ravenna in der Region Emilia-Romagna in Norditalien. Es war die Hauptstadt des Weströmischen Reiches von 402 bis zum Zusammenbruch dieses Reiches im Jahr 476.
