Antonio Lentini, ein Gastronom aus Newburgh, New York, verließ Bovalino 1909 und fuhr mit der SS San Giovanni nach Amerika von Neapel. Er wurde 1893 in San Vito sullo Ionio in Kalabrien geboren.
