Casalpusterlengo ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Lodi in der italienischen Region Lombardei, etwa 50 Kilometer südöstlich von Mailand und etwa 20 Kilometer südöstlich von Lodi. Es erhielt den Ehrentitel der Stadt mit einem Dekret des Präsidenten am 30. Oktober 1975. Die Stadt hat eine Barockkirche von Santi Bartolomeo e Martino, die im 14. Jahrhundert erbaut und zwischen 1602 und 1610 renoviert wurde.
