Seriate ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Bergamo in der italienischen Region Lombardei, etwa 50 Kilometer nordöstlich von Mailand und etwa 4 Kilometer südöstlich von Bergamo. Zum 31. Dezember 2010 hatte es eine Bevölkerung von 24.297 und eine Fläche von 12,4 Quadratkilometern. Die Gemeinde Seriate enthält die Frazioni (Unterabteilungen, hauptsächlich Dörfer und Weiler) Comonte, Cassinone und Paderno. Seriate grenzt an folgende Gemeinden: Albano Sant'Alessandro, Bagnatica, Bergamo, Brusaporto, Calcinate, Cavernago, Gorle, Grassobbio, Orio al Serio, Pedrengo.
