Cassino (italienische Aussprache: [kasˈsiːno]) ist eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Frosinone in Mittelitalien am südlichen Ende der Region Latium, der letzten Stadt des lateinischen Tals. Cassino liegt am Fuße des Monte Cairo in der Nähe des Zusammenfluss der Flüsse Gari und Liri. Die Stadt ist am bekanntesten als Standort der Abtei von Montecassino und der Schlacht von Monte Cassino während des Zweiten Weltkriegs, was zu großen alliierten und deutschen Opfern sowie zur fast vollständigen Zerstörung der Stadt selbst führte.
