Vercelli (italienische Aussprache: [verˈtʃɛlli]; Piemontesisch: Vërsèj [vərˈsɛj]) ist eine Stadt und Gemeinde mit 46.552 Einwohnern (1-1-2017) in der Provinz Vercelli, Piemont, Norditalien. Es ist eine der ältesten städtischen Stätten in Norditalien und wurde nach Ansicht der meisten Historiker um das Jahr 600 v. Chr. Gegründet.
