Das Nationale Eisenbahnmuseum von Pietrarsa (italienisch: Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa) liegt neben der Eisenbahnlinie Neapel - Portici zwischen der Stadt Neapel und den Städten Portici und San Giorgio a Cremano. Pietrarsa ist ein Gebiet unter diesen Dörfern, das in der Vergangenheit als „Pietra Bianca“ (weißer Stein) bekannt war. Nach dem Ausbruch des Vesuvs im Jahr 1631 wurde es in Pietrarsa (gebrannter Stein) umbenannt. Das Museum befindet sich in der ursprünglich alten Bourbon-Werkstatt Officine di Pietrarsa, gegründet 1840 auf Befehl von Ferdinand II. Von Bourbon, wo Dampfmaschinen für Schiffe und Kessel für Lokomotiven gebaut wurden.
