Foligno ist eine antike Stadt Italiens in der Provinz Perugia im Osten Zentralumbriens am Topino, wo sie den Apennin verlässt und in die weite Ebene des Clitunno-Flusssystems mündet. Es liegt 40 Kilometer südöstlich von Perugia, 10 km nordnordwestlich von Trevi und 6 km südlich von Spello.
