Rotselaar ist eine Gemeinde in der belgischen Provinz Flämisch-Brabant, nahe der Konvergenz von Demer und Dijle. Seit dem 1. Januar 1977 umfasst die Gemeinde die eigentlichen Städte Rotselaar, Werchter und Wezemaal. Am 1. Januar 2006 hatte Rotselaar eine Gesamtbevölkerung von 15.068.
