Trappeto (Trappitu in Sicilian) is an Italian municipality of 3,123 inhabitants in the Metropolitan City of Palermo, located in the north-west part of Sicily. It is part of the metropolitan area of Palermo. Trappeto is 45 kilometres (28 mi) from Palermo and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) from Trapani. It is a seaside resort on the coast in the Gulf of Castellammare. The city was founded in the 15th century. Frederick II of Aragon used it as part of his hunting grounds. From this, Trappeto evolved as a fertile agricultural centre.

Civitavecchia is a city and comune of the Metropolitan City of Rome in the central Italian region of Lazio. A sea port on the Tyrrhenian Sea, it is located 60 kilometres (37 miles) west-north-west of the center of Rome. The harbour is formed by two piers and a breakwater, on which stands a lighthouse.
