Menfi is a comune in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Palermo and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Agrigento. The town lies some 3 kilometres (2 mi) from the south coast of Sicily, between the rivers Belice and Carboj. In 1910, a full third of the population of the town of Menfi had emigrated to the United States.

The city has been a Roman Catholic Archdiocese and Archimandrite seat since 1548 and is home to a locally important international fair.
