Eupen (alemán (pronunciado [ˈʔɔʏpn̩]) y francés (pronunciado [øpɛn]), anteriormente conocido como Néau en francés), es una ciudad y municipio en la provincia belga de Lieja, a 15 kilómetros (9 millas) de la frontera alemana (Aachen ), de la frontera holandesa (Maastricht) y de la reserva natural "High Fens" (Ardenas).
