Civitavecchia (pronunciado [ˌtʃivitaˈvɛkkja]; que significa "ciudad antigua") es una ciudad y comuna de la Ciudad Metropolitana de Roma en la región central italiana de Lazio. Un puerto marítimo en el mar Tirreno, se encuentra a 60 kilómetros (37 millas) al oeste-noroeste del centro de Roma.
