Pescolanciano es una comuna en la provincia de Isernia en la región italiana de Molise, ubicada a unos 30 kilómetros (19 millas) al noroeste de Campobasso y a unos 12 kilómetros (7 millas) al noreste de Isernia. Pescolanciano limita con los siguientes municipios: Agnone, Carovilli, Chiauci, Civitanova del Sannio, Miranda, Pietrabbondante, Sessano del Molise.
