Barbaresco es un vino italiano elaborado con la uva Nebbiolo. Barbaresco se produce en la región del Piamonte en un área de Langhe, inmediatamente al este de Alba y específicamente en los comunes de Barbaresco, Treiso y Neive más esa área de la frazione San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, que una vez fue parte de la comuna de Barbaresco y ahora pertenece a la comuna de Alba.
