Arles (, también EE. Colmar (en francés: Colmar, pronunciado [kɔlmaʁ]; Alsaciano: Colmer [ˈkolməʁ]; alemán durante 1871–1918 y 1940–1945: Kolmar) es una ciudad y comuna en el departamento de Haut-Rhin y la región del Gran Este del noreste de Francia . La tercera comuna más grande de Alsacia (después de Estrasburgo y Mulhouse), es la sede de la prefectura del departamento de Haut-Rhin y de la subprefectura del distrito de Colmar-Ribeauvillé.
