Cassago Brianza es una comuna en la provincia de Lecco en la región italiana de Lombardía, ubicada a unos 30 kilómetros (19 millas) al noreste de Milán y a unos 15 kilómetros (9 millas) al suroeste de Lecco. Parte de la región tradicional de Brianza, se formó en 1927 por la fusión de las comunas anteriores de Cassago y Oriano Brianza. Cassago Brianza limita con los siguientes municipios: Barzanò, Bulciago, Cremella, Monticello Brianza, Nibionno, Renate, Veduggio con Colzano. Se considera el lugar ("Rus Cassiciacum") donde San Agustín pasó el otoño y el invierno antes de ser bautizado.
