Zinasco es una comuna en la provincia de Pavía en la región italiana de Lombardía, ubicada a unos 40 km al sur de Milán y a unos 10 km al suroeste de Pavía en la Lomellina. Está formado por dos pueblos, Zinasco Vecchio, conocido desde el siglo XII, y Zinasco Nuovo ("Viejo" y "Nuevo Zinasco", respectivamente). Se convirtió en parte de Saboya-Piamonte en 1713. Zinasco limita con los siguientes municipios: Bastida Pancarana, Carbonara al Ticino, Cava Manara, Cervesina, Corana, Dorno, Gropello Cairoli, Mezzana Rabattone, Pancarana, Pieve Albignola, Sommo, Villanova d'Ardenghi .
