Sticciano es un pueblo de la Toscana, en el centro de Italia, administrativamente una frazione de la comuna de Roccastrada, provincia de Grosseto. En el momento del censo de 2001 su población ascendía a 686.Sticciano se encuentra a unos 24 km de Grosseto y a 15 km de Roccastrada y se puede llegar fácilmente desde la línea ferroviaria Grosseto-Siena gracias a su propia estación. Está compuesto por dos aldeas, Sticciano Alto, donde se encuentra el antiguo castillo, y Sticciano Scalo, el barrio moderno junto a la estación de tren.
