Quiliano es una comuna en la provincia de Savona en la región italiana de Liguria, ubicada a unos 45 kilómetros (28 millas) al suroeste de Génova y a unos 5 kilómetros (3 millas) al oeste de Savona. Al 31 de diciembre de 2004, tenía una población de 7,225 y un área de 49.5 kilómetros cuadrados (19.1 millas cuadradas). El municipio de Quiliano contiene estos frazioni (subdivisiones, principalmente pueblos y aldeas): Cadibona, a horcajadas en la cuenca entre los Alpes y Apeninos, Valleggia, Montagna, Roviasca, Faia y Tiassano. En los alrededores de Quiliano permanecen varios sitios arqueológicos romanos: un puente romano todavía funciona en el valle de Quazzola y se pueden ver restos de una villa romana en San Pietro in Carpignano.
