Lama (tibetano: བླ་ མ་, Wylie: bla-ma; "jefe" o "sumo sacerdote") es un título para un maestro del Dharma en el budismo tibetano. Ivrea (italiano: [iˈvrɛːa]; piamontés: Ivrèja [iˈʋrɛja]; francés: Ivrée; latín: Eporedia) es una ciudad y comuna de la ciudad metropolitana de Turín, en la región piamontesa del noroeste de Italia.
