Chemnitz (en alemán: [ˈkɛmnɪts], de 1953 a 1990: Karl-Marx-Stadt; Sorbio superior e inferior: Kamjenica; Checo: Saská Kamenice) es la tercera ciudad más grande del estado federal alemán de Sajonia después de Leipzig y Dresden.
