Cannara es una ciudad y comuna en el río Topino en la llanura aluvial del centro de Umbría, en la provincia de Perugia. Se encuentra a unos 7 km al oeste de Spello y 9 km al norte de Bevagna. Es un pueblo agrícola de bajo perfil: su principal negocio es el cultivo de trigo y cebolla. Su estación de ferrocarril se utiliza para carga y no sirve a pasajeros. Como lo indica la etimología del nombre (de canna, precipitaciones), es una ciudad medieval, reciente según los estándares de la región, ya que en otros tiempos el sitio estaba bajo el agua en el Lacus Clitorius que cubría gran parte del área entre Bastia Umbra y Foligno, y solo fue drenado en la Edad Media.

Pescara (pronunciación italiana: [peˈskaːra]; Abruzzese: Pescàrë; Pescarese: Piscàrë) es la capital de la provincia de Pescara, en la región de Abruzzo en Italia.
