Montiglio Monferrato es una comuna en la provincia de Asti en la región italiana de Piamonte, ubicada en el Valle Versa a unos 30 kilómetros (19 millas) al este de Turín y a unos 20 kilómetros (12 millas) al noroeste de Asti.
