Foligno (pronunciación italiana: [foˈliɲːo]; Umbría meridional: Fuligno) es una antigua ciudad de Italia en la provincia de Perugia, en el centro este de Umbría, en el río Topino, donde sale de los Apeninos y entra en la amplia llanura del sistema del río Clitunno.
