Buchenbach es un municipio en el suroeste de la Selva Negra en Alemania. Se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald en Baden-Württemberg. Se compone de cuatro comunidades, la ciudad principal de Buchenbach y las aldeas de Falkensteig, Unteribental y Wagensteig. El municipio actual se formó por la fusión de las antiguas entidades de Buchenbach y Falkensteig el 1 de diciembre de 1971, con Wagensteig uniéndose a ellas el 1 de agosto de 1973 y Unteribental el 1 de enero de 1975.
