Horb am Neckar es una ciudad en el suroeste del estado alemán de Baden-Württemberg. Se encuentra en el río Neckar, entre Offenburg al oeste (a unos 56 kilómetros de distancia) y Tübingen al este (a unos 29 kilómetros de distancia).
