Cassine es una ciudad y comuna de la provincia de Alessandria en la región italiana de Piamonte. Se encuentra a 21 kilómetros (13 millas) al suroeste de la ciudad de Alessandria a la izquierda del curso inferior de Bormida en el Alto Monferrato Acquese.
