Exilles (occitano: Exilhas, occitano local: Isiya, piamontés: Isiles, latín: Scingomagus, italianización bajo el fascismo italiano: Esille) es una comuna (municipio) en la ciudad metropolitana de Turín en la región italiana de Piamonte, ubicada a unos 60 kilómetros (37 mi) al oeste de Turín, en la frontera con Francia. Es la ubicación del Fuerte Exilles, una fortificación alpina que custodiaba la ruta entre el Reino de Francia y el Ducado de Saboya. Exilles limita con los siguientes municipios: Bardonecchia, Bramans (Francia), Chiomonte, Giaglione, Oulx, Pragelato, Salbertrand y Usseaux.
