Rapolano Terme es una comuna en la provincia de Siena en la región italiana de Toscana, ubicada a unos 60 kilómetros (37 millas) al sureste de Florencia y a unos 20 kilómetros (12 millas) al este de Siena en el área conocida como Crete Senesi. Hasta 1949 se conocía simplemente como Rapolano. El municipio incluye varias ciudades menores, entre las cuales se encuentra el pueblo de Serre di Rapolano.
