Casalpusterlengo es una comuna en la provincia de Lodi en la región italiana de Lombardía, ubicada a unos 50 kilómetros (31 millas) al sureste de Milán y a unos 20 kilómetros (12 millas) al sureste de Lodi. Recibió el título honorífico de ciudad con un decreto presidencial el 30 de octubre de 1975. La ciudad tiene una iglesia barroca de Santi Bartolomeo e Martino, que fue construida en el siglo XIV pero restaurada entre 1602–1610. La ciudad también tiene un palacio comunal y una torre del castillo medieval.
