Roeselare (prononciation néerlandaise: [ˈrusəlaːrə], français: Roulers, flamand occidental: Roeseloare) est une ville et une municipalité belge de la province flamande de Flandre occidentale. La municipalité comprend la ville de Roeselare proprement dite et les villes de Beveren, Oekene et Rumbeke.
