Pachino (prononciation italienne: [paˈkiːno]; sicilien: Pachinu [paˈciːnʊ]) est une ville et une commune de la province de Syracuse, en Sicile (Italie). Le nom dérive du mot latin bacchus, qui est le dieu romain du vin, et du mot vinum, qui signifie vin en latin; à l'origine la ville a été nommée Bachino qui a finalement été changée en Pachino quand, en Sicile, l'italien est devenu la langue officielle parlée et écrite. Elle a été fondée en 1760 par les nobles Starraba, princes de Giardinelli et marquis de Rudini, sur la colline de la querelle de Scibini, où une tour préexistante a été construite en 1494. Pachino a été envahi en 1943 par la 8e armée britannique dans le cadre de l'invasion alliée de la Sicile.
