Hildesheim [ˈhɪldəsˌhaɪ̯m] est une ville de Basse-Saxe, en Allemagne, avec 104 230 habitants. C'est dans le district de Hildesheim, à environ 30 km (19 mi) au sud-est de Hanovre sur les rives de la rivière Innerste, un petit affluent de la rivière Leine.
