Cesenatico (Romagnol: Ziznàtic) est une ville portuaire d'environ 26 000 habitants sur la côte Adriatique de l'Italie. Il est situé dans la province de Forlì-Cesena, dans la région d'Émilie-Romagne, à environ 30 kilomètres au sud de Ravenne. Le canal du port de Cesenatico a été étudié et dessiné par Léonard de Vinci à la demande de Cesare Borgia, dans le cadre de ses plans pour fortifier la ville voisine de Cesena.
