Palmi (prononciation italienne: [ˈpalmi]; Reggino: Pàrmi, latin: Palmae) est une commune (municipalité) d'environ 19 303 habitants de la province de Reggio de Calabre en Calabre. Il est le siège du district, qui comprend 33 municipalités de la plaine de Palmi, avec une population d'environ 170 000 habitants.
