Pescolanciano est une commune de la province d'Isernia dans la région italienne de Molise, située à environ 30 kilomètres (19 mi) au nord-ouest de Campobasso et à environ 12 kilomètres (7 mi) au nord-est d'Isernia. Pescolanciano est limitrophe des municipalités suivantes: Agnone, Carovilli, Chiauci, Civitanova del Sannio, Miranda, Pietrabbondante, Sessano del Molise. Les sites touristiques incluent le Castello D'Alessandro, construit peut-être autour de 583 sous le règne du roi de Lombard Alboin, ou plus tard sous Charlemagne.
