Bilzen est une ville et une municipalité située dans la province belge du Limbourg. Au 1er janvier 2006, Bilzen avait une population totale de 30 057 habitants. Bilzen comprend la ville de Bilzen et les villages suivants: Beverst, Eigenbilzen, Grote-Spouwen, Hees, Hoelbeek, Kleine-Spouwen, Martenslinde, Mopertingen, Munsterbilzen, Rijkhoven, Rosmeer et Waltwilder. C'est en 1977 qu'ils font tous partie de la commune de Bilzen à cause de la fusion des communes.
